If you’re employed, chances are you haven’t heard of the darling band Dover. Birthed from the primeval sump of London’s post-hardcore scene, Dover was built upon the belief that London’s indie scene needed something personal and characteristic, void of a maj7 chord epidemic that plagues other indie bands.
I think They Will Grow is the best representation of Dover’s sound: it has a really theatrical, moving sound to it. Relentlessly hopeful and defiant.
